Pregnancy In Style

No longer are the days of covering up your pregnant body and beautiful growing baby bump to large unflattering clothes.  In my opinion, maternity clothes have never been more flattering and fashionable than now. Especially style wise with all of the fashion forward selection of outfits and designs available to accommodate your growing bump. It’s all about embracing  your new curves in your outfits.  You can get as creative as you want to be with your pregnancy style and don’t forget to have fun and confidence while doing so!

I wanted to showcase four beautiful outfits by local Chicago fashion designer Tiff Marie from tiffmariematernity.com   During her pregnancy, she struggled to find unique and practical maternity clothes.  This new mom and fashionista felt a strong desire to design modern and edgy maternity clothes with excellent quality of fabrics and comfort in mind.  Tiff wanted to create a classic maternity line that wouldn’t break the bank or compromise your style with dull and boring outfits. Her clothing line can transition to post baby body as well so you’re not just wasting your money on maternity clothes that you will never wear again. You can actually wear them after you have your little bundle of joy.

I styled each of these outfits in a variety of ways so you can visualize how you can transition dressing up your baby bump or future baby bump from casual to dressy, or layered up to transition from summer to fall.  Ladies, I’m so embracing my new curves and having fun dressing up or dressing down my new maternity wardrobe.  A well put together outfit can definitely help you feel better about all the changes happening to your body as it changes and grows ever so quickly before your eyes!

With love, style, and grace

This gorgeous one shoulder design is “The Bowery Dress.” It’s the perfect dress for a baby shower or a night out on the town.

I love this off the shoulder dress! This is “The Madison Dress.” So perfect to dress up or dress down, and I am going to style this with leggings or skinny jeans as it gets colder out.

This blouse is “The Emilia Top.” I’m absolutely loving this feminine cold shoulder look! All I did was add a belt to define my waist and as it gets chillier, I will throw on a scarf and my moto jacket to complete the outfit.

The perfect “Little Black Dress (LBD). A pregnancy must have for your wardrobe. I wear this with my sneakers, sandles, booties, and I will also wear with my OTB boots soon. I want to look back at my pregnancy photos and not cringe at the pictures with what I wore! These looks will definitely be classics even after I have the baby.
